1. Q: What is your delivery time?

A: For samples, it usually takes about 7-10 working days. For mass production, it usually takes about 25-35 working days. It depends on the quantity and factory's production schedule.
 

2. Q: Can I get some samples first?

A: It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, I'm afraid it will be difficult for us to provide. Because most of our goods are custom made and no stock available. If sample testing before trial order, we would be love to provide samples as you want.
 

3. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs after sample approval, but we also accept smaller quantity as trial order first.

4. Q: Do you support customization?

A: Yes, we have our professional R&D team, we can produce according to your drawing or sample.

5. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Usually we accept 30% payment in advance by T/T and 70% before shipment. For small amount, we have Paypal, Western Union and Money Gram.
